Pros

Indeed feeds their employees well and their are generally good people who work there. You can look for a new job while your working because management wont be able to tell the difference

Cons

Sales for Indeed can be summarized in one word "Unstable". No one stays lasts for more then 8 months. This is due to a few reasons. 1. There are no leads for you to pursue and management has no plans on changing things up to make it easier for their salesman to generate leads. 2. You are highly micromanaged and must make unrealistic call quotas of 60 calls every day. If you hit 59 calls and leave for the day, you can bet that you will come in the next day and have a angry and threatening email waiting for you from your team lead. My threatening letter said " Don't you ever make less then 60 calls in one day or you will be busy finding a new job...I will make it my goal that your A** is out of here instantly". This was my second week and I was one of many who received this type of treatment. Also you are publicly criticized and humiliated in front of your sales team when you do no reach a goal or don't show up to the company happy hours due to family reasons. 3. Management treats hiring and firing like a checklist process, no emotion and no thought towards growing peoples careers. It is a very transnational process and the recruiters are kept busy to keep up with the horrible turnover. 4. It's pretty much like high school all over again. 5. The quotas for salesman are ridiculous. More then 60% of the sales force dont hit their goals and management can't understand why. 6. No one earns real money. The recruiters love to say you will earn 80k-120k your first year...don't believe it. Out of my training class of 10 or 9 there is only 1 left after a 8 month time frame. 7. Management favoritism equals the amount of leads you are given. if you are a great salesman but your manager doesn't like you are you don't go out with him to drink ect....they will give leads to the anyone else but you. 8. Management is clueless on how to fix the problems that exist. I asked a senior director himself on what they are planning on doing on fixing any issues. He starred at me for about 5 seconds and then shrugged his shoulders. They have no plans or ideas that are going to make a significant impact. If you have a family to support or are barely making your bills joining Indeed will only make things worse. I promise you. Disregard the reviews from client services or any tech positions, they are seriously skewing their Glassdoor score. if the other departments reviews were not taken into account they would probably have 1 or 2 stars on here. "Unstable"

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
