Pros

Benefits People Drinks on Friday Early finish on Friday Brekky

Cons

The company is doing a great job at recruiting new people but they clearly do not care about the retention of employees. So many valuable employees have left the company in the last 12 months and it doesn’t seem to bother upper management at all. It is impossible to get promoted, the last promotion was given more than one year ago. Management has no idea how targets are calculated, in fact if you do well one quarter, be ready to earn no comms on the next one. You are treated like kids with zero trust on time management and on the actual job

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are disappointed to hear we weren’t able to provide a conducive working environment for you. We don’t want anyone to feel doubted at Indeed, and the contributions of all our employees matter, especially in a growing market such as Australia. Managers are held accountable to their leadership roles and we are constantly monitoring this through our employee engagement and manager feedback surveys. We are heavily focused on retaining employees and we do put measures into place to ensure that we are successful at doing so. Once again, we appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
