We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review about your time working at Indeed. We love our people and culture too so great to see you agree.
It’s disappointing to hear that it wasn’t all positive and there were elements of our business that you found negative. We’ve grown really quickly in Dublin and actively encourage employees to have ongoing conversations with their managers about their career growth and our internal employee development page offers different career planning toolkits to help guide career conversations and explore future opportunities.
In regards to rewarding our employees, our benefits team research compensation in each market where we compete for talent, and continually adjusting levels based on data and feedback.
Once again thank you for leaving us a review, we appreciate your feedback.
I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.
Cons
The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
