Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review about working in our Indeed Sydney office. We’re really proud of the work/life balance we can offer our employees so it’s great to see you agree and are taking advantage of it.
Career development and internal mobility is something that we’re really passionate about at Indeed and want all of our employees to be able to take advantage of it. Our Sydney office will be growing more in 2019 which will mean there will be more open roles available to move into. We recognise being a relatively small office up until this point there have not been as many roles for our employees to apply to as we would have liked. However do remember we’re a global business so make sure you check out our internal roles across all of our great offices.
We really appreciate you giving us you open and honest feedback, please continue to do this as we value your thoughts.
I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.
Cons
The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
