Great place to work but they're trying to make it less great - Business Intelligence Analyst Indeed Employee Review

Pros

Competitive pay, 6 months maternity/paternity leave, fully remote, good health insurance, good pension matching. Even with the cons listed below, Indeed pay and benefits are genuinely hard to find anywhere else.

Cons

5-10% layoffs are basically an annual event now. They're also generally cutting things back. It was started with removing monthly company holidays. Now RSUs for anyone outside of the US are being drastically cut as are pay bands.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
