      The leadership team is disorganized and finds the experience of the support teams secondary to the whims of the next shiny strategy they think might get them to their revenue goal.

      Cons

      Just another veterinary corporation that will throw you to the wayside when it's time to cut costs. Forced to work part time instead of full time due to profits, with little notice. Relief pays a LOT more if you do it on your own.
