Cons
The company struggles with severe internal mismanagement and ineffective resource allocation, despite presenting a strong external facade. This internal dysfunction is directly impacting team dynamics, technical decision-making, and overall project success. Things going totally wrong are: Wrong People in Charge: They've made people under 4 years of experience into team leaders, while others in the team have over 9 years of experience. All this junior team leads make sure that NO senior Developer is confirmed in probation to secure there place in the team as leads. Senior Staff Leaving: Many senior developers left just after joining 3-4 months and some were terminated because of this naive team leads reviews and many more are planned to be removed because of this kind of internal mismanagement and internal politics. Childish Reviews from Junior Leads: These junior team leads (with little experience) give silly comments when reviewing others' work. They often don't even understand what they're working on. Talking Big, Doing Little: The company leaders just talk about fancy words like "Dora matrix" and "AI" but don't pay attention to their own teams. They believe a new employee with just 2 years of experience is always right, which shows they can't make good decisions. No Technical Leadership: Even though they work with US clients, they don't have a senior Indian tech person (CTO) to make big technical decisions. Instead, these inexperienced team leads make decisions based on their casual opinions, which is really a shame. Unwanted Review In Excel Sheets: They will make you fill some long excel sheets and will ask you to do data entry of your performance evaluating yourself in just 6 months of your joining which is good but then will terminate - really amazed.
