Toxic leadership especially in the media department with the department C level exec. being on a work visa so she has this awful reputation amongst higher ups and juniors alike at the agency of doing whatever it takes in order to not lose her working visa status, be it throwing her own team members under the bus and sacrificing them to save herself. Client services is all about drama over solutions, the amount of time wasted sitting on calls with them as they would spin their wheels was nothing short of pathetic. The worst of all, senior media leadership plagiarizes other people’s media strategy work positioning as a thought leader when its not it's just copying other people’s “thoughts” - finally the US CEO, I always found it extremely odd and whole heartedly creepy that he publicly lists his sex therapy / ketamine treatment therapy on his calendars for Mondays at 5PM, that’s definitely the mark of someone who is focused on expanding revenue. This place is a sinking ship, the clients are unhappy with the work product due to offshoring much of the work, high turnover as a result of toxic leadership, and a lackluster value proposition in an overcrowded marketplace.
