Pros
Incitement is not another conventional working place, it is a place where you can do what you love and make a contribution to the world while doing it. You will always have support, guidance, and feedback. This helps you to improve and learn everyday. You are available to give your opinion and ideas to contribute to the whole team because the team is super important and it is like a family with amazing people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. They are more than colleagues, they are friends and the fun continues after work with dinners, trips, parties and more. At Incitement everyone cares about you and your personal and professional growth. They recognized your work and the monetary compensation will be a result of it. You can manage your time, it is important to be responsible and get your job done. The holidays and time off are not worries at Incitement, you will have more than enough. You have flexible hours, pool day (it does not mean no work to do, it means you can work from the pool area and swim or enjoy the sun if you like it) and even better, you can work from home on Fridays. They provide tools for success, from laptops to books and learning courses, and many more. Another good thing is that you do not have a dress code, not suits and ties if you do not like it. You can be yourself and feel comfortable. Transparency and respect are also important.
Cons
The office is nicer every day but it is getting small
Pros
Incitement has a pretty unique work culture, there's a balance of work and fun where everyone works hard and then party hard as a pat on the back. Incitement has flexible working hours, pool day takes place every Thursday (swimming is optional if you prefer to sit by the pool and do your work instead), and a work at home day. Days of paid leave is also quite flexible but as long as you get your work done. You get to work with people coming from different countries and cultural background whom are not only your colleagues but are your friends. Once you join the team, you become part of the Incitement family. They really care about your growth whether it's personal or professional, so everyone needs to come up with their own learning goals, how to achieve and utilise them, there's also a weekly progress/performance meeting just to check in on how everyone is doing. Incitement promotes learning and encourages it so they will sponsor one book a month for every individuals and any courses, seminars or workshops that will benefit your profession in any way. There are beanbags and everyone gets a Macbook (for work purposes). What I like the most about Incitement is that, there's no hierarchy, everyone just treats each other equally and with respect.
Cons
While the office is a great place to be at, the open space may be a little distracting at times when you need to fully concentrate on your work.
