No project, no work and no salary for freshers. And still they recruit as if they have enough openings.you come in morning, sit idle and go back home. At month end, you pitty yourself for joining there.
Cons
Keeping politics and other usual things apart, they are having cons enough to write an epic poem. No one will be happy here. You loose your time doing nothing . Your mental health will be destroyed. They cheat their clients, they fake experience, and do every malpractice enough to put you in jail if proper government enquiry happens. They use the helplessness of job seekers and loopholes in Indian law to trap people. Being employed there is equivalent in working with some underworld gang.money you get monthly comes from helpless people and client loots.
