The company sets high expectations for staff to take ownership of their roles, strive for excellence, and consistently deliver a quality service. They foster a horizontal hierarchy that promotes openness and transparency across all levels of the organization. Employees are encouraged to challenge strategies and decisions and to voice their opinions freely. Mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, with an emphasis on owning up to them and asking for help when needed, rather than shifting blame. From what I’ve observed, Inciper tends to hire individuals who are driven, open, accountable, and humble. These are people who willingly support others without feeling obligated, all in the spirit of achieving collective goals. Big egos are notably absent, which helps maintain a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The induction process at Inciper is the best I’ve experienced. We were given an in-depth introduction to each department by the respective heads, and both directors took the time to personally explain the business, its products and services, market strategy, customer base, and overall mindset. This included a comprehensive two-day course called "The Inciper Way." We also had the opportunity to connect with the directors over a meal, and they came across as genuinely humble and visionary leaders, deeply committed to doing things differently. Their leadership is a key driver of the company’s rapid growth. To build camaraderie, especially with most staff working remotely, Inciper organizes quarterly team socials that include drinks, food, and games. Mentoring, shadowing, and ongoing learning and development are all strong aspects of the company culture. I enjoy working with my colleagues and feel comfortable communicating openly with them. The work-life balance is excellent; I’m not under constant pressure, and I’m not required to work excessive hours. The benefits package is competitive, with an above-average pension and private medical insurance, among other perks. Regular salary reviews ensure that compensation remains fair and motivating. It’s clear that Inciper is committed to keeping its employees happy, retaining talent, and actively seeking feedback to continuously improve the business. They understand the value of a positive work culture, and it’s a win-win for both the company and its staff. Overall, I love working at Inciper and can’t imagine being anywhere else. The future looks bright for the company and I'm looking forward to see where things go!
