The hours are really great and so is the pay, company trips and staff parties. They really care about their employees.

I have been with the company for over a year and I can't really fault them compared to every other company I've worked for.

Usually you can find nice people to work with.

Employees' salaries are passed on to the end customer. The company does as it pleases, thinking more about profit than the people who work for them.
