IAM prides itself on it's culture and service--and every person in the company goes above and beyond to make on another feel comfortable and support each other however they need to. We have some of the best employees and they are all so dedicated to their jobs because of the culture we have built as a team-we also never hesitate to help one another, or speak up when help is needed. Our clients are our pride and our appraisers are our company's heart. With holding both to such a high regard we work together to deliver the best experience for all involved in each appraisal transaction. Incenter leadership also puts in a great deal of effort to make themselves available to everyone on our team, even our coordinators. They exceed expectations in the level of support they provide which goes a very long way and also keeps internal company morale high.
Cons
With growth comes change, with change comes challenges, we are always developing and changing internal processes--I wouldn't call this a con, but keeping everyone on the same page is a challenge--but challenges provide strength and unity. So there is always an upside to the continued growth and changes being made to adapt and progress.
