Cons
If you are looking for a job to work for sometime and then move on ...This is the best company. You can get hired and asked to join immediately with bonus etc....But once you join, it is up to the management to fire you anytime without notice even though you work as hard as hell, get client appreciation etc. There is no carrier growth or learning. Since the firing of employees is immediate, they hire new folks based on immediate requirement as there is no one in bench without proper interview and knowledge. Finally the project goes on a escalation due to inexperienced team.
