1. Very approachable HR & Higher Management. If you raise concerns and requests, you are heard. Highly supportive. 2. Flexible of change in approach/policy if your request makes sense. I am working here for last 3 years and have noticed lot of improvements. Your suggestions and feedback is taken seriously. 3. Sponsors VISA and helps with visa requests. 4. Flexible for work from home whenever needed. However also encourages to come to office as it helps in networking and overcome challenges we have in work from home. 5. Encouragements to do certifications and courses. 6. Your hard work is recognized and appreciated. 7. Team building activities.
Cons
There is always some room for improvement. 1. needs some internal app automations like task assignment. 2. some more activities or gathering to interact and know the eam members who joined in pandemic and never worked from office. Encourage more physical interactions than vitural interactions.
