I have held a couple positions with this company and I love it. They give you the opportunity to grow and learn new skills and encourage individual development. They are very inclusive and try to ensure the employees are taken care of. Genuinely can say it’s the best place I have worked and will continue working here for the foreseeable future.
Cons
The pay is lower than other companies but it’s more than fair for the work you do. They are currently short staffed, I’d say each department probably needs at least 2-3 people to be fully staffed without the fear of someone calling off.
Flexible schedule and coworkers are always friendly to your face

Literally every thing else … must overwhelming place to work that offers no real guidance… you’re basically told to figure it out yourself and then if you don’t they blame you
