Pros

A learning lesson for the under-trapped employees to experience the mental boss ever! 2. Get to learn inbound marketing with certifications at free of cost 3. Good pay package 4. Small but good office environment with all facilities (except fridge)

Cons

List is endless, but highlighting few main points- 1. Inveigle's candidates to work here with good pay packages. 2. Mentally harasses employees for non completion of daily deliverables. 3. Mentally pressurizes to work and achieve targets on something you weren't hired for! 4. The one man boss (Mr. Raj) is fickle minded in terms of assigning tasks to employees. Changes mind frequently and says the opposite to what he discussed previously. 5. Keeps women stay at office till late at evenings (till 10pm if task is not delivered that day) 6. Asks to return back to office after 7.30pm even if employee leaves for the day. 7. Has no projects to work on and fills in his Google calender with his personal tasks (like daughter appointment, dinner with family etc) and doesnt gives his time for meetings and deliverables at office and blames employees to not have finished the task on time. 8. Discriminates about work performance among other employees publicly. 9. Doesn't value and appreciates employees contribution to success rather highlights non-existant negativity of work 10. Poorly managing the employees and claims that he helps his team to learn. 11. Company has completed 8 years but has only 6 members as its total team. Many more to continue.....

Pros

You get to learn a lot here, especially about how real client work happens. The company has its own niche and gets decent clients, so you understand how business actually works. The work is fast-paced, which helps you gain experience quickly. Salary is usually on time.

Cons

The main problem is the way things are managed. The founder knows the work, but the way he talks and puts pressure is often too harsh. It makes the environment stressful. Pressure is there all the time, even when it’s not really needed. Work-life balance is not good. Long hours and constant pressure can make you feel tired mentally. There is not much space to take a break, even when work gets heavy. All we can say micromanagement and huge gap between understanding of employees and founder. Founder doing right things in all wrong manner (that what employees perceives)
