Good people, beautiful place, can open opportunities to study there also
Cons
Not much room to grow. Salary is pretty stagnant. They do not have a very good progression policy either. Some tech stack may be out of sync with the market
I've worked for Inatel Competence Center for about 1.5y and this company was super important to my career development. I've learned a lot from my friends and from the project I worked on. I just decided to leave because I was moving to another country, but I would love to work there again.
- Co-workers like a family
- Good salary
- You can work in the university's project too and support the students on research.
- Really good environment
- The countryside city is full of technology
Cons
Nothing to say. I really enjoyed the time working there.
