Pros
Intec is an amazing place to work, the people there are help, caring and most of all treat you like family. They are engaged with you, and help to develop your career. the President of the company is a standup guy, fair, honest and trust worthy.
Cons
If you are not in the DC area it can feel that you are a little detached from the company but they make an effort to be inclusive. The opportunities are depended on the contract so sometime you have to make changes to you work
