I’ve been working at InPlanet for some time now, and I can honestly say this has been the best job experience I’ve ever had. Our team is fantastic – incredibly supportive, collaborative, and driven. The leadership is transparent and genuinely cares about employees' well-being and development. Not to mention the work environment, which is particularly conducive to productivity and creativity - the emphasis on work-life balance is key! Cons
As with any startup, things can be fast-paced and sometimes a little uncertain, especially when it comes to a nature-based technology that is still emerging on the carbon market, but that’s part of the excitement for me. I’ve seen it as an opportunity to learn and adapt rather than a downside.
