How about instead of doing presentations on books no one gets anything out of, you focus on having a benefits offering that reflects the “inclusive” and “diverse” environment you promote. I will say that there are all different colors of the rainbow working at InMarket. However, the organization has made no effort to recognize that a one -size-fits-all approach to benefits when it comes to minority groups doesn’t work. They preach, but rarely practice.
