The company is okay overall and provides opportunities to work with clients on different projects.

The leave policy is quite limited. Employees are typically deployed directly to client projects, and salary continues only while the client contract is active. If the contract ends, employment may also end around the same time. Therefore, employees should not assume the company will arrange interviews with another client or provide a paid bench period. It is advisable to start looking for other opportunities when you sense that the client contract may be nearing its end.
