The only pro, is the fact that it’s in California and good weather.
Cons
The cliquish employees in management are just ultra clueless! They all have each other‘s back‘s, but have hidden agendas contrary to the company‘s goals and values. Current leaders are 100% frauds! They should learn what it’s like to work at a real company. The business owners deserve better!
