An environment that fosters collaboration and growth. There are many different positrons and opportunities within the company.

Cons

Not any I can think of. InGenesis is a wondeful company.

Pros

I was hired for one role ๐ŸŽฏ but required from day one to perform full Program Manager duties for a major healthcare client โ€” managing 145 contingent workers across 31 clinics ๐Ÿฅ โ€” without proper pay ๐Ÿ’ธ or title adjustment. Despite repeated requests, compensation never changed. Final pay was issued late โฐ and improperly, only corrected after multiple wires (with fees ๐Ÿ’ฐ), in violation of California wage law. I was also required to complete unpaid compliance training before my start date ๐Ÿ“š โ€” another violation. โš ๏ธ Compliance concerns: Clinical staff concerns of testing and compliance with annual trainings ๐Ÿ“‘. Even worse, I was asked to hide certain operational shortcomings from the client โ€” a red flag for integrity and transparency.

Cons

๐Ÿ‘” Management: Leadership lacks any professional MSP experience. Most have been with the company 10+ years ๐Ÿ”’ but with no outside perspective. There are no SOPs, no process maps, and the systems are outdated ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ“Ž. The culture is reactive and disorganized โ€” they couldnโ€™t manage themselves out of a paper bag. ๐Ÿ‘œ When I raised concerns, leadership ignored me ๐Ÿ™ˆ and then terminated my employment. My experience reflects a company that cuts corners โœ‚๏ธ, fails to support employees, and exposes clients to liability โš–๏ธ.
