Pros
I was hired for one role ๐ฏ but required from day one to perform full Program Manager duties for a major healthcare client โ managing 145 contingent workers across 31 clinics ๐ฅ โ without proper pay ๐ธ or title adjustment. Despite repeated requests, compensation never changed.
Final pay was issued late โฐ and improperly, only corrected after multiple wires (with fees ๐ฐ), in violation of California wage law. I was also required to complete unpaid compliance training before my start date ๐ โ another violation.
โ ๏ธ Compliance concerns: Clinical staff concerns of testing and compliance with annual trainings ๐. Even worse, I was asked to hide certain operational shortcomings from the client โ a red flag for integrity and transparency.
Cons
๐ Management: Leadership lacks any professional MSP experience. Most have been with the company 10+ years ๐ but with no outside perspective. There are no SOPs, no process maps, and the systems are outdated ๐ฅ๏ธ๐. The culture is reactive and disorganized โ they couldnโt manage themselves out of a paper bag. ๐
When I raised concerns, leadership ignored me ๐ and then terminated my employment. My experience reflects a company that cuts corners โ๏ธ, fails to support employees, and exposes clients to liability โ๏ธ.
