Culture of Fear But Most People Are Amazing - Anonymous employee In Touch Ministries Employee Review

Pros

Most of the employees truly believe in the mission: to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Dr. Stanley is exactly the man you see on TV, very authentic but is not actively involved with the day-to-day of In Touch. The people there some of the best people I have ever met or have had the privilege to work with.

Cons

Leadership. The place is definitely a Boys' Club with very little opportunity for female leadership. The culture is one of fear and top management not being transparent. People who worked there for years and years are treated with little to no loyalty. It is a common practice for those doing the work to give their all, while leadership seemed to drift with confusing messages/goals.
