Pros
They have great benefits and long time employment opportunities. Air condition. No weekend work.
Cons
One con for me is more personal, I live far from the office so my commute was very draining. Unfortunately there is not much advancement in the company. The long term employees are overworked and mistreated. Senior employees feel a sense of entitlement and they are never corrected. The sales team has a lot of pressure to meet their quota and they have a very difficult time learning the company's policies because the training is awful. The production team doesn't ever support the sales staff and the customer service department pretends to work well together but some of the employees don't get reprimanded because they are afraid to fire them because they may file for unemployment. So they'd rather have an employee work half way then pay for unemployment, which puts more work on the other employees who do work....not to mention a negative environment. It's such a shame because it could be a great company to work for but the owners have never put the employees first, only their best interest. They put a lot of unrealistic pressure on everyone. The PTO (paid time off) program is absolutely ridiculous and that just changed this year. The owner thinks this company is a big corporation, not a company with 85 employees. He punished every employee because some employees couldn't use their vacation/sick time responsibly. On the final day of your employment, is the final day of your health insurance coverage, which was news to me. For someone who has been there for over 10 years, this is not something that someone with children could not afford to lose. These are the things that they are capable of, loopholes. I do not recommend working here ever.
