      Pros

      It's a job, little to no strenuous work, technical, methodical, gleaning knowledge from others, pride in a job well done

      Cons

      Politics, long hours, when you did find mistakes (alignment, text, graphic) you had to take it back to prepress, and then it went in to simple brained schematics such as... "I checked it", "it's not my fault/job", "why are you here", etc. , they had some interesting personalities up front but I guess that is anywhere you work... One of the worst was dealing with the printer when the previous shift abused her (keeping temp regulated, maintenance, keeping heads clean, etc.). I eventually was able to work around all issues

      Pros

      They had an excellent initial training seminar and they paid for it. They also give you a cell phone and internet allowance and money toward health care.

      Cons

      The income is not what they said it would be. They hire with salary then change the salary at the last minute. There is no way you could make close to six figures with this company. They shorted commissions every week and claimed that the client didn't pay their bill. There is not enough product to sell to make any money and location of certain stores may not be that great. It is high pressure sales and you are expected to work a 16 hour day. You also have to be a repair person.

      Steady hours, it is a job

      Cons

      Family run company, heavy nepotism, light on regular staff pay. Had to negotiate for my little wage.
