First of all, I'm sincerely sorry you feel this way. At IHPS, we work hard to create an environment where our employees enjoy their work. With our comprehensive bonus program, free wellness programs, a large PTO package (you'll always have your birthday off!) and free lunches daily, and more, we do our best to take care of our staff. There was an issue with paychecks last Friday, in which we sent out an email addressing it quickly to all employees, as we always strive to do, and asked everyone to let us know immediately if there's an issue with anything - paychecks or otherwise, so we could take care of it immediately. It was addressed and resolved quickly by our bank. We also have internal feedback processes at the corporate office to encourage open and honest conversations. Again, we appreciate the feedback and are sorry about the paycheck issue, but do hope you'll continue to be a valuable member of the team.
