10yThis is an interesting point of view. Our employees are rewarded for getting their work done on time and solving for the customer. We work very hard to ensure that employees are not overworked and are a good fit.
There IS a rhyme and reason for reviews and rewards and they are structured individually for each team member & position.
We all have things to work on, some can take constructive criticisms and improve, others rebel and become spiteful.
As a leader & owner, if I feel like another employee is doing a great job, they will be rewarded, if there is a criticism, we will have a conversation about how to improve.
Overall we're very transparent and sometimes things don't work out and that's ok.
