      Micromanaged Always promised to cross train, I was there over two years and didn’t cross train Management will try and get away with giving you as little career movement if your good at your job HIGH TURNOVER Political games Not FLEXIBLE Operations, Purchasing, Accounting - no bonus, only horrible Christmas gifts with the company name and logo Be careful when submitting doctors notes

      Lack of accountablity with construction leading to intermittent quality making sales harder to keep up with seeing competitor's leading with this area
