I’ve learned a lot during my time at Impress Ink and have been able to sharpen my skills in sales, customer service, apparel production, and creative problem-solving. The company moves fast, so there are always opportunities to learn something new and improve. The coworkers are also a big plus; supportive, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a great environment for growth and gaining hands-on experience in the custom apparel and printing industry.
-Lots of variety in projects, working with different small businesses and clients from all backgrounds
-Really rewarding to see your designs come to life in real-world settings like uniforms, merch, and events
-Fun, supportive coworkers who care deeply about delivering for the client
-The owner genuinely cares about the team, celebrates birthdays, and organizes company outings
-Positive, down-to-earth atmosphere across the whole team, including the production crew
Cons
-The workload can become overwhelming, especially when client demands are high and there’s pressure to say yes to everything
-Fast-paced and high demand—burnout is possible if you don’t set boundaries or manage expectations
