Despite the ease of communicating with senior leadership, feedback is often ignored. There appears to be little interest in modernizing the company. It feels as though they are stuck in the 1980s and 1990s. While senior leadership receives competitive salaries, the rest of the employees are paid significantly less than the market rate. There are no bonuses, no annual raises, and inadequate medical insurance. The excuses given for these shortcomings are unconvincing.
Furthermore, nepotism and favoritism are widespread, creating a workplace where family and friends receive preferential treatment. Senior leadership seems disconnected from the struggles of ordinary employees who often juggle two or three jobs just to make ends meet. Many individuals find it challenging to afford basic necessities like food, rent/mortgage, childcare, etc.
