      Pros

      flexibility in schedule. can't even think of more to have at least 5 words

      Cons

      Salaries are very low. No feedback positive or negative. No benefits. No raises. When I quit I was offered me money to stay. High turnover rate. No retirement. No bonus. No real perks of working here.

      - Provides entry level opportunities to junior/aspiring recruiters

      Cons

      - No performance evaluations/real opportunities for growth - Very little resources provided to the recruitment team, with extremely high expectations - High turnover-senior members are basically new hires - Burnout culture - Transactional relationships with hiring managers - Low pay, no benefits - Nepotism
