With a huge investment of time and personal integrity, gets your foot in the door to the industry. Company is expanding.

Hostile work environment, management doesn't work well together, hiring process is sloppy, uneven workload distribution, no real HR dept., current employees have low work integrity, upper management does not understand individual strengths/weaknesses of employees, very weak team setting, environment is every man for himself, screw or be screwed over. Management genuinely doesn't care about well being of employees, only about where they can save money.

I am working at Impopharma for a while, good experience, fantastic opportunity to learn, management is wiling to train but you have to want to learn, expectations are high but rewards are also good. Promotions are available if you prove yourself.

High pace environment, narrow field of learning, only inhalation technology. Company is small, opportunity of position changing is small to non existing.
