Pros

Personal development and trying to keep people from leaving.

Cons

False advertisement on job discription. Door to door in neighborhoods with HIGH HIGH crime rates. My co worker was biten by a dog while going door to door in Brownsville. Employees will have you there till 9pm for the sales when they said shifts end at 7( in dangerous neighborhood). No care for safety. No choice in neighborhoods, you are stuck with the neighborhood the car leader gives you. Based off commission without telling you. Saturday’s till 5 mandatory when said it’s a choice. They don’t mention it’s door to door till they send you out in the field on the first day of work. I came in heels my first day without notice of walking blocks to knock on doors. Will hire anyone that they can but lose a lot of people in the process because they lie. Will try anything to keep you there. Used to be called “Florida consultant company” but changed it to “Imperium” . No official office phone number. AND I still haven’t received payment after 2 weeks when they said it’s “weekly payment”.
