Salary and that's about all This is the type of company that will be around forever since there are always people who are loyal to them, mostly because they have no other options.
Cons
Management- poor leadership across the whole company, very antiquated, it felt like you took a step back in time. Culture - there isn't any, especially in the branch I work in. Advancement - none, especially if your a woman. The same 7 to 10 people raise through the ranks with lightning speed. Diversity - there are a few people of color but not many, and none in Senior management. Technology- sub-par even though they feel is cutting edge. HR - basically a coffee clatch, they do absolutely nothing. People in my branch have gone to them with legitimate claims of misconduct and details of an uncomfortable work environment and nothing was done, except have everyone watch the HR anti-discrimination webinar that was probably made in the early 2010's.
