Pros
- Good name/branding - Good colleagues - Decent pay (No longer in the top 25%) - Considerate of family obligations / Accommodating towards issues - Diverse amount of potential work roles if the stars align
Cons
- Performance review favours big savings numbers thrown on review which sometimes does not even reflect reality. Bit of a popularity contest with little transparency. The role you are in and the luck of the draw in your supervisor does seem to impact rankings significantly. - Its a playing ground for management, they rotate too often with numerous organizational changes which benefit their development while hindering the growth of workforce under them. Organization changes most often does nothing to alleviate current issues and more often than not add additional work and confusion. - Poor morale compounded by slow changes and traditional thinking had led to the unfortunate departure of many - Overworked workforce compounded by poorly timed layoffs and attrition - Compensation no longer as competitive vs. outside with lack of bonus structure and high inflation
