Pros
I work in a warehouse position at ID. Previously, it’s been my experience that these roles aren’t shown an equal amount of respect within the company hierarchy. But that isn’t the case here. I’m treated no differently than any other member of staff and I feel like my work directly contributes to the company’s success. For these reasons, I would give ID an A+ as an employer.
Cons
The only downside would be how expensive the healthcare is.
