Excellent Leadership and a cohesive group. Once you scale in commission the opportunity can be incredibly lucrative, and you may see your efforts being rewarded substantially as time passes.
Cons
You have to climb a commission ladder that will take time for one to truly reap the benefits from. I do not have much else to say that may dissuade any potential new recruiters from joining.
