Pros
Co-workers are incredible but badly abused and overworked.
Cons
Great place to work if you are Russian, Hispanic, Czech, Slavic or relatives. Management looks for the worst in every employee and errs on the side of bad reviews. Senior and mid-level management use employees as scapegoats to protect their own positions and poor management style. Huge turnover. Lots of vindictive terminations.
