Half salary every month(paid on 20th of every month instead of 1st) 2-3 startup clients Will treat u like personal servant Operating in home like setup(no office feel) Long working hours Lies and false commitments( no professionalism) Will hang you for experience letter and last month salary for around an year Unreasonable targets (so that they can deduct salary)
