      I've been at Impact Advisors for 15 years now, and the one theme that has been consistent throughout is that they GENUINELY care! I couldn't be any happier with the firm and my colleagues. There is nowhere else I ever want to be!

      I have had a great experience working at Impact Advisors. The work environment is extremely positive and supportive, and the people make the place. Strong culture of collaboration where people are willing to share ideas and help each other succeed.

      Pros

      Company culture is pretty top notch. You do feel valued. The Happy Team’s open door policy is genuine. Some managers and leaders are truly incredible. Team structure is great. Collaboration is great. They let you own the work and trust you to see it through. Great review process. Flexible schedules, as long as client needs are met.

      Cons

      Some upper management is misleading. Pay is not competitive or fair/equitable.
