Pros
The compensation package was really competitive, especially given that it was full remote (which is a good aspect on its own right).
There was a lot of freedom (although not entirely true, as I will explain in the cons section) to operate and contribute.
Most of the colleagues were high-quality professionals that strived to do good work.
Cons
It got really toxic when I classed with management/leadership. To make matters worse we are talking about full passive-aggressive attitude. Really negative feedback behind my back. A lot of performance improvement (PIP) discussions/plans just for optics. At first I couldn't believe this was the case and I actually blamed me for not being good enough or managing this situation at a high standard. Later on I understood that everything was just a facade to hide their inexperience and their own shortcomings. I won't go into more details, but I am so happy I am not part of that company anymore.
