For me personally was the commute from orange county to Pomona.

Remote. That’s about it. No other perks.

Poor leadership and very poor management. Was told they don’t hire contractors. After 3-4 years working as a contractor for very little pay and zero overtime allowed they kicked us to the curb. Management doesn’t care. That’s why employees are leaving in droves.
