But in terms of working hours spend in total is about the same. - You get rest day on weekdays and sometimes have to work on weekends depending on your shift cycles.

- You need to have leadership qualities as you will be handling a team, one needs to be confident individuals and able to think quickly on the spots. - You need to be able to bond and interact with others - You have to do 12 hours for each shift, which difficult for those who have never do night shift before. Can affect your sleep cycles and patterns. - Your rest day on weekdays, while your family is working on weekdays, no one to spend time with unless they take leaves or do shift like you - Limited food choices at land checkpoints
