The Management and the colleagues contribute to a great working environment. There is a healthy competition that allows you to strive for the best and learn a massive deal. Getting to work in XR has allowed me to work with great surgeons and to make a significant differnce in healthcare.
Cons
Although the ecperience gathered is massive, there is a lack for mentorship.
