Pros

There are no pros. Only cons

Cons

1. One-Person Control Over Entire Company The biggest issue: One person controls every department and every decision. Whether it’s Accounts, HR, SEO, Content, Sales, Dev, Marketing, or On-Site — everything flows to one individual. Even if there are Directors, Associate Directors, Managers, Senior Managers, or HODs on paper, they hold no real authority. Everyone functions at an associate-level role regardless of their designation. 2. No Real Career Growth Promotions aren't based on your work, skill, or performance. They are based entirely on one thing: your visibility to one person. If he doesn’t notice you enough, you simply don’t grow. Management openly tells employees: “Increase your visibility if you want promotion.” 3. Daily Micromanagement Ritual Every morning, 30–40 employees stand in front of him like schoolchildren with hands behind their backs to give updates. It feels like giving a daily report card rather than a professional briefing. 4. Extremely Restrictive Work Environment The office has a “Focus Time” rule for 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. During this period: You cannot get up from your seat. You cannot go to the pantry (it’s locked). You cannot take tea or coffee. Even urgent movement requires approval from a director. Any slight noise leads to HR or directors scolding employees: “This is not a fish market.”
