Pros
Good people. Great business model. Profitable and almost certainly going to remain very profitable in the forseeable future.
Cons
Company is heavily print business focused and has been trying desperately to break into online business. However, it is hamstrung by the lack of a skilled product management team. The online marketing team that is currently in charge of product management is unfortunately not creative, innovative, and very afraid to experiment.
