Pros
There are some good brands, unfortunately company is losing them one by one. There are some talented people I work with, but they went to other places due to management rotation.
Cons
Upper management is lack of vision to move forward with the current business model; they do not know what are the up and coming brands. Too little, too late. Office politics is crazy there, they tend to shuffle the directors around to different fields, and some newly rotated directors often bring in her ex-teammates to replace the existing teams; just so last century. The upper management does NOT step in to help when this happen. The medical/ leave/ discount benefits are probably the worst in town. Salary is just average, and chances for being promoted is very slim (and take very long time).
