Colleagues who supported each other through the terrible management practices of an employer who seems to have read a lot of books on people and culture, but lacks the people skills and trust to be successful implementing them.
Cons
Mostly the Con is that despite a very thorough hiring series, there is almost no trust, and an inauthentic approach to recognition and trust of employees.
